Beginning Class Requirements

Intermediate Class Requirements

* Your dog must be fully vaccinated
* Class is held once a week for 6 weeks
* Classes are 1 hour long
* Equipment needed - 6 foot leash & snug collar just large enough to fit over dogs head. No harnesses
* Proof of Rabies, Distemper, Parvo Virus and Kennel Cough must be brought to first class

* Completion of the Beginning Class or equivalent
* Class is held once a week for 6 weeks
* Classes are 1 hour long
* Equipment needed - 6 foot leash & snug collar just large enough to fit over dogs head. No harnesses
* Proof of Rabies, Distemper, Parvo Virus and Kennel Cough must be brought to first class

AGREEMENT

I agree to hold blameless the Fremont Dog Training Club, Inc. and all persons connected therewith, in any capacity whatsoever, from any and all liability, cost, and expense for any injury or damage to persons, animals or property caused by any dog brought by me to training classes or any events sponsored by this club.
